This one from Zinus should fit the bill. It also comes in different heights. I think the fabric is to make it look more like a traditional boxspring and provide a bit of friction to keep the mattress from sliding off.

Something like this foundation is affordable and meets the requirements of most mattresses if you already have a frame (metal skeleton with legs that the old box spring sat on). Or you can get one with the frame included.

If by box spring you mean the old fashion kind with a basic wooden frame with some springs in it, then it isn’t sufficient. You’ll want to get a modern foundation like this where the slats are 3 inches or less apart. Every latex or latex hybrid I’ve seen requires that spacing.

You may want to try sleep with the mattress on the floor for a night or two. It may help the coils shift back into place. The latex layers of the mattress are likely fine. The wool in the top layer will probably be compressed a bit in the spot you sleep in but that won’t impact the feel of the springs/latex layers.

The Zinus one looks good. I personally went with this one for my spring/latex hybrid
