200 ug MK7 (k2)
5000 iu D3
500mg magnesium
Good combo. If you could squeeze in 2000ug B12 daily would be good too. I usually throw in Omega 3 in there aswell, only benefits in doing so. Just go on amazon or other sites and check for 5000 iu pills and K2 (mk7)-supplements with 100-200ug pills. Sort by ratings and number of reviews and pick one that looks good. Here is one that looks good: https://www.amazon.com/Vitamin-K2-MK7-Supplement-Vegetable/dp/B01GGFDVUI

Nice, that greats. Anything benefits you’re getting will be 65/30/5 exercise/diet/supplementing.

Instead of the vitamin D, take a vitamin D3/K combo supplement like this. K2 and D3 should be taken together if possible to get the best effect. I’d take that one like every other day or so morning/noonish, you probably dont need it everyday bc D3 is fat soluble and builds up over time in your system. This one is totally worth taking.

B6 probably aint hurting, but its probably not really helping either. I wouldnt waste my time with this one. Eat some veggies occasionally and you’ll get enough.

Drop the l-arginine for l-citrulline. They follow the same synthesis pathway and arginine is rate-limited, you’ll get more of what you want with citrulline.

Zinc is good, but dont take too much, either take it every other day or preferrably get it via diet.

If you’re hitting the gym hard, creatine might be worth adding, but you don’t really need to.
