What is the opinion of Reddit about the
YMDK DSA Profile Blank 61 64 68 ANSI Keyset Thick PBT Keycap Set for Cherry MX Mechanical Keyboard GH60 XD64 GK64 Tada68 (Only Keycap)?

I got these blank DSA key caps. Does it matter what row they go in? I have no idea how to tell them apart so I’m scared to take them out of the packaging. The only marking on the backside of the key caps is a number, like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, which seems to represent the horizontal keycap position, which is strange. But what about up and down?

Yeah Signature Plastics isn’t cheap since they’re a small outfit.

I did see these on Amazon but have no personal experience with them.

I did own a keyboard with blank YMDK keycaps before in XDA and they held up well for the half year I had them.

Is it compatible? From the specs it seems like, but I want to ask first.

Honestly I had no idea what I was getting into when I got the board, but the stock caps are fine and anything that fits should look good.

The layout is weird. I love having a numpad in the 60% form factor, but you pay for it typing. Stock, the ‘?’ is on a function layer and even after remapping there still isnt space for everything quite where you want it for normal keyboard muscle memory (Im used to hhkb layout). The split spacebar isnt as much of a game changer as I had hoped, but I do appreciate the shorter stabs, sound-wise. The software for remapping is unintuitive and will leave you fruatrated: couldnt do everything I wanted, but got it use-able.

If youre cool with that, its the most space efficient thing ever and loaded with features.

Divinity sells this full set for 30 dollars but I ended up going for these on amazon because buying two sets was only $5 more than Divinikey (w/shipping) and they have a good return policy (Since divinikey only accepts returns if the product is unopened).
