That’s good to hear. I could’ve sworn my K2V2 had double-shot ABS but I promptly threw on some PBT caps and was very happy with the change regardless.
·
Actually I did find some that fit Corsair layout but they ship from China.
https://www.amazon.com/YMDK-Through-Profile-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B08CB8D2YB?th=1
There are more on Aliexpress if you’re willing to use that.
Corsair learned their lesson now and use a standard layout on newer boards like the K100.
·
check out the ymdk full set on amazon i used it for the k4 and it comes with a bunch of extra so it should have what you need. i just got them so cant tell you how long the will hold up but so far i am happy with them.

If you’re looking for pudding caps in Corsair configuration you can get them here(US).

·
The other thing you could do is replace the keycaps with a heavier set. That will change the acoustics a lot. I have two identical keyboards, but one has PBT /dev/tty MT3 keycaps, and the owner has thinner ABS Susuwatari caps in the same profile, which are a lot more clacky. I see you can even get shine through double shot caps these days for not much money: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_yzDeGbSNZGPV5?psc=1
·
Wow I had never seen the wireless version before this! In the UK I can only find the wired one which is why it confused me.

I did a look about and these might work for you, they have the correct 1u modifier keys and you could use the shift arrow to represent the Up arrow maybe?
·
Bought these and love them. Quality is awesome. Has everything.

Why not just get a set of these off amazon?
Beautiful workmanship though mate, it looks awesome and you should defo be super proud of it
so the keys are clear plastic underneath the black coating? wow my find would probably be gone if i had to do that much sanding lol
·
I have https://www.amazon.com/YMDK-Through-Pudding-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2J9F9ZIEBKNOC&keywords=Pudding+keycaps+ymdk&qid=1642735864&sprefix=pudding+keycaps+ymdk%2Caps%2C140&sr=8-3 these ones and I like them because the rgb shines through well, but really any pbt doubleshot keycaps will work and not wear as badly as abs ones
·
Thank you for your reply eddiez87. Do you have any idea when are they going to launch those keycaps?
I got pudding keycaps that I needed from amazon https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08CB8D2YB/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o00\_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
·
Yeah, I hear you. It would be great if Keychron would release a wider variety of keycaps. To date, I don’t think they’ve released any shine-through caps other than stock. I mean, the low-profile boards literally don’t have any other options because of the screwy, offset stabilizer design. 🤷🏻♂️
An option that I’ve looked at for my K2 is YMDK’s black, pudding keycaps. I’m pretty sure that set does include the right shift key and options for keys to the right of the space bar. That said, pudding caps have a different aesthetic & may not be what you’re looking for.
·
I have a 68, too, and this set has the 1u bottom row and the 1.75u shift. I think that should fit everything. https://www.amazon.com/YMDK-Through-Pudding-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=psdc_12879431_t3_B0952R58CN
They’re good quality caps, too.
·
I think I found the right keycaps for this keyboard. Do you think they’ll work. They’re YMDK ANSI from Amazon.
·
Sadly no, because the stem in the middle of the keycap would prevent light from filling out a larger font. I think the largest you can do is a big-ish top center font, like this. Though that’s very similar to the pudding caps you already have.
·
Nah bro. Good caps make such a difference. Why don’t you try a set of pudding caps, like these YMDK ANSI ISO PBT Doubleshot Shine Through Pudding Keycaps Suitable for MX Mechanical Keyboard Corsair Razer Ducky SF KBD75 Tada68 DZ60 (Black Pudding Full Set)(Only Keycap) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_EDGWDHRQJSZ7HZXPTWXF?psc=1
I have the white version and they are BEAUTIFUL. And they feel pretty good too. I like my MT3 caps better, but the puddings are so fucking BEAUTIFUL it makes up for them not feeling quite as good.
·
OP for when you inevitably break like 10 of those keycaps… These YMDK keycaps look and work great on my k70 Mk2. Assuming that’s a Corsair that is…
Thank me later.
·
aww i hat that right shift on the TKC Portico it is bothering me a lot :|,lol but all the other keyboards look clean (including everything on the TKC Portico except the right shift)
i want to get a ducky one 2 sf and found these keycaps POG
·
almost most there!! yeah i know there are specific sets for the k4 but they are 90 bucks. the ymdk is much cheaper and up until now the biggest thing missing was the 1u 0 key. glad they decided to include it now. so with that the only thing missing to make it a complete set would be the r4 END key and the r4 LED key. but i kind of like the orange on the corners so really all i need is the END key.

·
i ordered these and expect them in tomorrow. hoping they’re nice otherwise i’ll return them. seems like a crapshoot. even razer keys i got were garbo.
they come with non-standard keys for a couple extra bucks and don’t have shitty branding on them like hyper x.
·
hyperx won’t fit in the bottom row, ymdk do have an option with corsair-compatible bottom row included.
The 26€ option
·
Puddings? Yes. Just hooked a coworker up with a link for a company that delivers a set that can accommodate anything free m a corsair to a keychron. Downside is that it was aaaaaaalso shipped via slow boat from China. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CB8D2YB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

·
The K95 and K100 are roughly the same size. The K100 is basically the newest Corsair flagship keyboard. If you’re comfortable spending that much, you won’t regret getting it.
Them buy these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_1a-7FbC4YC5Z1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
·
Both of those pudding keycap sets will not be compatible since the blackwidow elite has a non-standard bottom row. You should get these pudding keycaps as they will be compatible.
·
Hey, the link I herekeycaps the key caps feel really nice, I just painted the windows and alt key with black acrylic and it looks just fine. They are surprising not bad for the price.
·
I know you will hate me, but if you bought these instead, you’d have all the correct size keys for the bottom row as well.
·
Just buy the YMDK Pudding PBT ones with Corsair bottom keys as there’s no Corsair branded pudding keys. Or you can combine HyperX + YMDK Bottom Row.
Time is money friend.
·
Yeah I gotcha, I was gonna sand them all down first then a user on here recommended these.
They work great, I did notice the text on one or two keys looks a bit dim but it’s not horrible. They ship out pretty quick too.
·
If you get a set with the 6u spacebar/bottom row, yes. That compatibility is a very recent addition and most sets will not come with it.
No, they’re intended to be removable.
·
I’m not sure if this is one of the ones you found, but this set does include different bottom rows to accommodate Corsair, Razer, etc. I bought this set for my K70 and can confirm it has the correct bottom row.
·
https://www.amazon.com.au/YMDK-Through-Profile-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B08CB8D2YB?th=1
Can find them on amazon.com too not sure if in UK. I use these ones on my k95 xt. Can also be found by the same brand on ebay.
·
·
·
You can get these pudding keycaps instead, as they have the correct sizes you need.
·
I am confused, do these include a corsair k95 compatible bottom row, or would I have to buy the bottom row separately. Cheers
Here is the page im looking at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CB8D2YB?th=1
·
Anyone have a good source for 96% double shot PBT black pudding keycaps (OEM profile)? Hoping to apply them to a Keychron K4.
Found this at Max Keyboard, which almost fits the bill, but is made of ABS and is rather pricey at $90 USD.
This is close to look I’m aiming for (which uses keys from this 108-key keyset), but I’d rather have a macOS bottom row and a proper 0 numpad key (rather than reusing the menu key).
Also would consider a custom order if anyone knows a manufacturer that makes custom printed 96-key black pudding keycaps!
·
^(Hey guys, please don’t downvote me out of sheer elitism, I’m not suggesting it, I’m just answering his question.)
I’ve a K95 Platinum with ISO layout. Keycaps are in ISO-EN, I’m Italian. All it takes is to set the keyboard language from the OS settings to your language and you’re done; the keyboard itself doesn’t dictate what character a key outputs, it’s the OS that does that.
I’ve a https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08CB8D2YB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 set of keycaps, but they’re still ISO-EN. Finding ISO-IT keycaps is borderline impossible. You might have more luck with ISO-DE but I wouldn’t bet on it.

This set includes the Corsair bottom row. There’s a white set too.

Just FYI, YMDK makes double shot PBT putting keycaps that fit Corsair keyboards with the non-standard bottom row.

So I bought the YMDK PBT Double Shot Shine Through ANSI ISO Pudding Keyset of Amazon US tuesday got them Shipped to Netherlands fine and arrrived today.Everything is fine everything fits, but the 2 key is broken as you can see in the video, here is a clear picture of the key.
I tried to contact the Amazon support through chat, they were unable to send me a new key as they do not have that the stock as it is a different seller, only thing they could do is give me a 10% refund of $3,09, I paid €48,65 to receive them today.I also tried to send YMDK a message on Amazon as I bought it directly of them, to ask if they could potentially send me 1 key as I probably connot buy these keys seperately from what I see on the store page. The message I sent to YMDK.
So now I am wondering what I should as I now put my old corsair key in but it doesnt look that good, see here, maybe I can buy somewhere these keycaps but then only a number row or if you guys got other suggestion please let me know, that would be appreciated.
·

Uk Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08CB8D2YB/ref=pe_27063361_487055811_TE_3p_dp_1
·
You would need a set that supports a 6u space bar as Razer doenst use the standard 6.25u or 7u. They do make a pbt set which the black is nice. Good feel, but the rgb suffers from the original abs that the bord comes with (read reviews hey are pretty accurate). You could also go pudding style if you wanted more rgb. Otherwise there is a more custom option.
·
I ordered these from amazon canada. They have similar on amazon US.

·
I’m also in your shoes and received a Huntsman Elite for Christmas. I wanted a full pudding set and came across these 2 sets that come with the non-standard bottom row that the Huntsman v1 needs. This YMDK kit (The most expensive “Full” option) and also this Steelseries kit. I went with the first due to the weird font and placement of the Steelseries kit.

Make sure you get the “black pudding full set” option. I accidentally clicked the “black top” choice and it isn’t compatible.

Go with this option. Apparently they updated the product to now support Corsair’s non-standard bottom row.

The HyperX pudding keycaps don’t have the 1.75 shift you need. So you should get these pudding keycaps instead.

I got 8 themes from https://unrealhero.com/best-razer-christmas-chromas/ and you can get some pudding keycaps from different online retailers… just beware that the bottom row of keys might not be fitted to your specific keyboard so you have to check with what will fit yours! So, update, this comment is incorrect. I stumbled upon a product on Amazon that actually does sell the full ~140 keys to fit any Corsair or Razer keyboard. It’s been around for a year although hard to find.

Any set that supports a 6u bottom row should work as long as they support cherry stems. I have seen these swapped on often. Quality control on these is meh though. Razer themselves offer a nice pbt set (although the lighting is shit) that feel nice for a good price.
