Those are YMDK pudding caps, you can get them here I got these ones because if you look at the page, you can buy bottom rows for the full set for razer keyboards and corsair keyboards. theres also a 87 key set.

These are the ones I have, except I got them off Aliexpress.
They do have the big enter key as well as the small shift. However the number row is printed to the ANSI layout, so instead of 3 having ‘£’ printed on it’s a ‘#’. As I saw you commented the 2 displays ‘@’ rather than quotation marks.
But overall I really enjoy them, they’ve got a nice texture to them and the pudding effect on my keyboard is vibrant.

Reviving a dead thread as it is the top google search when looking for new SK621 Keycaps.
I have gotten several keycaps to fit all the keys that do not need stabilizers, I have played with two different commercial keycaps, and had success 3D printing them as well.
That said I am beyond excited for perfectly fitting keys, I occasionally knock the number keys off as the stems are not a perfect fit.
