I have a Withings digital WiFi scale, and I like it. I’ll tell you, though, that the body fat measurements on this thing are right out. I mean, even by normal standards for bioelectrical impedance measurements. However, they do provide a good indication of the trend of fat loss, fat gain, so they’re not completely useless.

I particularly like that it comes with little “feet” for the carpet. It’s very consistent, and it syncs to the online dashboard and phone app via WiFi so my measurements are automatically imported into MFP. And a really nice feature is that if it detects you’re not centered over the scale, it will flash arrows at you to tell you to lean more toward the center. I think this contributes to its accuracy.

Only downside: it’s a bit pricey.

Edit: It appears the max weight is 396 pounds (well within your range) and it has been supplanted by the much less dear Nokia scales: https://www.amazon.com/Withings-WiFi-Body-Scale-Black/dp/B002JE2PSA

I was fortunate enough to win a Withings scale at a company raffle that uses a Wifi connection to sync my weight, BMI, and body fat percentage to an app on my phone. It tracks my progress and gives me super satisfying graphs to visualize it. And because it’s so easy and I don’t have to manually input any data, weighing myself feels less daunting and I’ll do it multiple times a day. Consequently, I’m familiar with my daily weight fluctuations which gives me a more accurate portrayal of how I’m doing when I compare it to the trend. When I see a little gain, I know not to sweat it if I’ve been doing all the right things.

if money is no option then these bad boys are the ones you would probably want! I dont own a pair of these but they look cool lol a and link in with an iphone app i believe as well as viewing data on the interweb.

Couldnt justify spending that much myself, but if i could afford them i would :()

I use a Withings Body Scale and like the fact that it sends the data wirelessly into other systems like RunKeeper and their own Withings app. In my experience it’s been accurate.
