I would put industrial pipe shelving… you can buy the brackets and make them as long or short as you would like and make the width work too.. here’s an example

We were going to diy it but the pipes are soooo heavy I was worried about it going up. I actually bought the pipe set on amazon and then we cut and stained boards to fit! They look like iron pipes but are much lighter.

So it can be a bit finicky to get level, but not horrible.

Definitely easier with 2 people. I did swap out the anchors it came with for stronger ones though.
