I bought this inner pillow from Amazon 20"x 60" Body Pillow – Extra Large – Recommended for People 5’10" and Taller – Exclusively by Blowout Bedding RN# 142035.
I haven’t got my pillow case for it yet, but the pillow itself is quite nice to sleep with. I just made a makeshift pillow case in about 10 minutes on my mom’s sewing machine.
In fact, if you have access to a sewing machine, the pillow itself probably wouldn’t be too hard to make. Just buy the stuffing and the fabric. Hand sewing would be possible, but it’d be infinitely easier with a sewing machine. Kinda wish I had done that now that I think about it.

This is the one I bought for my two dakis. It was $35 which according to google is a bit more than 20 pounds.

This is one I was looking into. Just make sure you get the right size, not all cases are the same.
