How tight a budget are we talking here? Because this is one of those moments where if you do want to become a professional, you should understand what products are industry standard.
Every one of my friends who are animators, VFX artists and illustrators use Wacoms. I use one at work. This is one of those rare moments where if you are able to, I’d highly recommend saving up to get this cause it will help you out in the long run.
Also, if that one’s too expensive, you can just get the older Wacom and use that. This one doesn’t have the touch trackpad controls, but honestly I never really use them.
