I got this Standing Desk Kit back in Jan:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0833X423L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
It has by far been my best purchase this year. I had an existing top from an Ikea desk that I put on it. Now spend 1/2 my day standing doing 2HrSitting/2HrStanding. I also grabbed an Anti-Fatigue Mat from Costco for when I stand, makes it so much better.

This is the sit-and stand desk frame I have: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0833X423L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And I paired it with the Ikea Karlby counter top.

Personally bought https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0833X423L/ and a $70 tabletop from Ikea (https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/saeljan-countertop-oak-effect-laminate-80439214/) about 2 weeks ago and have had no issues with it. Currently have 2 monitors, fairly heavy duty speakers, console and a bunch of misc stuff and I’ve noticed no issues so far (Website says can hold up to 320lbs).
Some people in the reviews indicated that it’s hard to assemble solo but I didn’t have any problems. The longest part was pre-drilling holes on the tabletop as I wanted to make sure it was perfect, total time to finish the entire desk was probably 1.5 hours but you can easily do it in under an hour if you pay attention and don’t get distracted.
