How tall are you? My bf is 6’3 and was in a similar position. He just bought this chair and has really enjoyed the back support.
Some things I picked up while shopping for one are to be sure to take measurements of your seat to make sure the chair will be an appropriate height (they’re all adjustable but many of them still sit really low even when extended all the way) and to pay attention to if they have adjustable arm rests or not if that’s important to you.
In addition, you should experiment with the height of your monitor. I’ve noticed raising my monitor and leaning it slightly makes a HUGE difference in my neck/back pain. You can start with books and whatnot under the stand and if you need to go much higher they sell inexpensive monitor risers pretty much everywhere.
