Looking at the Amazon reviews on that product I see a lot of complaints about the non-stick coating not lasting any real length of time. I’m sorry, but I think you’ve lost your non-stick coating. I don’t know the details of the coating on these pans but many non-stick coatings are pretty toxic to humans, and you should probably consider those pans unsafe 🙁

Personally speaking this is one of the reasons I’m not a huge fan of non-stick. Most cooking doesn’t need it at all (stainless steel with avocado oil is easy to clean up, and nigh indestructible, and gives you access to cooking techniques you can’t do at all in non-stick), and for what does, I’m a big fan of a cast iron skillet. It takes a little learning how to take care of it, but it’s not at all difficult once you know, and is non-stick enough that I fry eggs in mine with no sticking at all.

If you’re interested in going down that set of rabbit holes, I’m a big fan of this budget stainless steel set; it’s about $120 including shipping:

They’re not the prettiest pans in the world but I used the heck out of mine and they just kept going.

Cast iron I recommend getting locally because I’ve seen multiple of them crack in shipping. But a basic Lodge one shouldn’t cost more than $50. They should have them at your local Target/Walmart I’d think, or perhaps an outdoor supply store (they’re popular with campers).

That said if you don’t want to deal with cast iron you could get some stainless steel and one good non-stick skillet to use for things that really need it (basically just eggs in my experience).
