I have these but I’d try to get a pair with the controller in the middle. Now that I’m trying to sleep mainly on my left side, the controller can get uncomfortable.

I’ve struggled with insomnia but I’m not trying to get pregnant right bc I just started anti-depressants. Now I’m having trouble waking up in the morning. I’m thinking getting pregnant will distract you and help you feel better to some degree. Like others said, I wouldn’t wait to try. However, the stress and not sleeping will probably not help with ttc. My insomnia was pretty bad in my second trimester of pregnancy so I only could utilize natural remedies.
Here are some things that I found helpful- I had a strict bedtime routine. Every night I would shower using a lavender bath soap, make chamomile tea, read a chapter of a book, and then do a mediation. No phone use once I got into bed, except to put my mediation on. I use an app called insight timer and on days where I wasn’t in the mood to actually meditate I would just listen to “deep sleep” melodies. I got a sleep mask from amazon with blue tooth speakers and that really helped. Also, I recently started taking a magnesium supplement. I’ve heard it really helps with sleep. I started it at the same time as the anti-depressant so I can’t differentiate what helped more.

NTA I fully wake up at the smallest thing in the middle of the night, let alone the lights being fully turned on. He’s a total AH for not taking some consideration of your feelings with this pretty small request. He can put his clothes and things for work out in the guest room and go there to get ready.
But if he won’t, speaking of face masks, I just bought this and I’ve slept like a log for the three nights I’ve owned it

I really think that there’s a zillion of these on Amazon and they’re all basically made by the same place. I noticed mine has this little “enjoying” brand and the corner where the other style mask has it more front and center. But yeah this one is like the one I have. Just pick one with good ratings. Mine’s already a few years old though so there might be newer models available.
