This is what I take, but there’s other options on amazon.

I was low in D last year too when I got routine bloodwork (I live in the northeast and hate the sun, so no surprise there) and it’s helped bring my levels up.

B12 comes from microorganisms, not animals. I get my D3 from lichen.

Not sure you want to take creatine supplements, but as mammals, we have creatine and taurine ourselves.

DHA can be plant– or yeast-based.

Heme iron has negative effects (such as increased levels of heart disease) on the body, so I avoid it.

Thoughts?

From what I’ve previously read, it could be an allergy to lanolin and not D3 (though perhaps that’s what you meant). Good point about salmon.
