My wife and I followed the “early outpatient protocol” at the bottom of this page. I didn’t take any melatonin and didn’t use a pulse oximeter, but everything else I followed.

It says 500-1000 mg of vitamin c twice a day (i.e. 1k-2k per day)

The aspirin is there because covid can make you achy (it got me achy anyway), so the aspirin will help lower the aches.

This is what I’m taking for vitamin D. All the information in terms of how many drops and international units is there. I was taking 5 drops a day while I had covid. I’ve been covid free for months now, but still take 3 drops per day just because.

As far as the amount of zinc, I think a dedicated zinc tablet will provide more zinc than a lozenge, so I’d go w/the tablet.

And yes. I started taking it all when I first got symptoms. Then I started feeling better after about a week of taking them, and I think I took them for maybe another few days more after I felt better just to make sure – so maybe a little under two weeks total.

I used to be a health coach, and one of the first things I’d have clients do would be to share a food diary and complete a quick lifestyle assessment — it’s difficult to give specific advice without knowing what you’re eating right now and how other lifestyle factors might affect overall health.

Weight-bearing exercise is another crucial part of the equation when it comes to bone health. Strength training both increases muscle mass and promotes bone density by putting positive stress on your body. Walking with a weighted vest also works. Dr. Michael Klapper has a lot of good information on this!
