That’s Varmilo VA87M with cherry blue switches and default keycaps, bought it from a local store (https://geekboards.ru/), but a similar model could be found on amazon https://www.amazon.com/Varmilo-Switches-Printing-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01LZ7TR4P/ (with brown switches, if you’re concerned)
