I was in a car accident in November and have suffered from mild-to-severe neck and back pain since. This pillow has, quite literally, CHANGED MY LIFE. It’s firm memory foam that has multiple inserts/layers so that you can choose how many to use and thus choose what thickness you like. It keeps your neck in a straight line (rather than sinking your head down or forcing your head up) which has been a game changer for dealing with my neck pain, and thus helping with my chronic lumbar pain as well.

And, for reference, I’m in my mid-20s, so my body’s not old enough to justifiably have chronic, otherwise unexplainable joint pain. This pillow is the real deal.
