I recently got a folding treadmill and looove it! Also extra points because it came ready to use out of the box so no assembly instructions or anything to deal with. The power button was a little hard to find but otherwise I’d definitely recommend. Although I don’t use it under a desk, I have this treadmill, which works great. There are many similar models, some cheaper.

There is also mini treadmills out there that you can use while seated.
