I got this dumb looking thing at Costco for $100 (I know pricey) but damn this thing is amazing for knots. After long days at work and working out, getting to the foam roller can be a challenge, so instead I work out pretty much every major muscle with this sitting on the couch. Quads, calves, feet, traps, arms. It’s pretty awesome. And can either feel amazing or push more into pressure points like a lacrosse ball.
