I just built a desk with this exact countertop and these legs. I have a 4 arm monitor mount with 3 monitors (a 4th sometime soon) and my computer case. No issues at all with lifting. I also absolutely love it.

Amazon has $150-$200 standing desk frames if you’d prefer adding your own table top to it. Usually the lower priced ones have 1 motor and higher priced 2 motors. Warranty might not be great but it works.
I got this one recently but just a few weeks in it started making a noise when lowering (thinking about it now it might be because most of the weight is focused on the back right which is where the noise comes from as well). Not sure the cause as I just have my pc, 2 monitors, ps5, and a switch on it which is far below the max weight limit. I put an office max 72×30 table top on it and really like it. Also have it on carpet flooring and there’s no wobble.

My recommendation is the same as u/dontautotuneme.
I have a $230 TOPSKY dual-motor Frame (Amazon) recommended by some Redditors, and on top of it is a cheap $69 Ikea SÄLJAN countertop. I have a dual monitor and my pc on top and still have plenty of room.

I just bought a standing desk frame and added a top to it. It is just on the lower end of your height requirements, so it might not be a good fit. Maybe you could add lifts or something under the feet to raise it just a bit more.
With a frame width of 59″, you can overhang a few inches on both edges.

Based on some other reviews/posts here on reddit (with people doing similar), some people haven’t found the need to secure them because they’re heavy. Others have used screws to mount them.

I guess it can be wobbly if you shake it, but i haven’t noticed just working on it

We had trouble too since we were looking for a custom size (52″x~25″). We just bought this frame from Amazon and then purchased a butcher block top from Lowe’s as a top: https://smile.amazon.com/TOPSKY-Electric-Adjustable-Standing-Computer/dp/B08C2LC3H2/ref=psdc_3733671_t1_B08698BS8M
I think the minimum desktop depth is about 20″ (and feet stick out farther), so may not work for you. But you may be able to find a Vivo or another brand with smaller dimensions.
