I was in a similar situation, and I picked up a Topping MX3. It has some quirks, and every once in a while I think about replacing it for one reason or another, but the bottom line is that it’s a great performer for a great price.
Just about every input on the MX3 was a requirement of mine, and nothing more. The compactness was also of high importance. These particular criteria seemed pretty strained (at least on Amazon… I admittedly didn’t search much further out.)

USB is digital only. So any sort of amp that has a USB input is technically a DAC + amp combo.
DAC = Digital Analogue Converter. Your PC has one of these built in to run the 3.5mm outputs
If you need such a combo unit, the Topping MX3 does that cheaply. Not amazing performance but good enough for desk use.

Hey, sorry that everyone else is less than helpful here. Hopefully I can give you a bit of information that can help you out.
The speakers you have now have a headphone port. Behind that headphone port is a headphone amplifier. When you buy something like the Micca MB42X, it doesn’t have a headphone port because it doesn’t have the headphone amplifier. What you need is a separate headphone amplifier.
With the MB42X, you need a speaker amplifier. If you don’t have one, you cannot power them. Luckily, you can get a device that has a headphone amplifier as well as a speaker amplifier in it. That device would be something like this. The back of it has speaker wire outputs for the Miccas, and the front has a headphone port. Inside, it has both a headphone amplifier and a speaker amplifier.
I hope this helps!

KEF Q150s ($300 when on sale) or Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 SE – $300
Topping MX3 ($130) or S.M.S.L AD18 HiFi Audio Stereo Amplifier ($145)
Infinity REFERENCE SUB R12 ($200, on sale from $500)
I don’t pretend that this will be AS good, but this system will still sound VERY good.
Edit: Total cost is about $650
Edit #2: Add the Schiit Mani for $130 if you need the phono stage.

Pyle is such terrible quality it probably contributed to killing your receiver. There is not a single product of theirs worth buying.
X4700H is an extremely nice piece of gear, but is meant for home theatre, not basic multi-zone audio.
A simple stereo amp with a proper 4 zone controller is much cheaper and will suffice.

If you are looking to do a home theatre build, the X3700H for $1200 would suffice, it can process 11 channels.
