I found a pillow on Amazon that has neck support and a spot for your head and it keeps the entire spine aligned without raising the head too high. Then there are raised sides for if you sleep on your side. The pillow needs to be fitted to your shoulder size so you need to be measured before choosing a size. The whole goal of the pillow is to keep the spine aligned and support the head without adding stress to the neck and shoulders.

I have a therapeutica pillow – it’s awesome. It’s made for rolling around and sleeping on your side or back. Kinda awkward at first, but I couldn’t imagine any other pillow now. I have one at my moms house, one at my in-laws.. agreed and posture is directly tied to tongue tie, had mine cut [ anterior only] posture went perfect, as it healed its gone back to me having to mentally adjust it throughout the day. Believe when i get posterior release, tongue will be able to fully go to correct position, and posture will follow. That’s cheap as hell ill give it a shot, also bought toe spreaders for posture like them so far. This is my slep pillow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY/ref=sspa_dk_hqp_detail_aax_0?psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExRE84Q0U4NkNJUVZaJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMzkzODQ2MVc1U1o5NFc2MDdCMCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNDQ3MTM1MVpLT05SR1IyVDAwMSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2hxcF9zaG…

Not a body pillow but this is the first head pillow that I could sleep on my side without subluxing or dislocating my shoulder with (make sure to measure for the right size). I can sleep on my side and don’t end up collapsing & subluxing my shoulder. Can also switch to my back if I want. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_cwteFbTD32MW0

So my issues stem from my neck and keeping it from moving is key for me. While I do not get much sleep because of how much pain I’m in, the pillow I’ve found does help a little. Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow – Average https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_Q98jYGu8ExKQ1

Prietene raspunsul la problema ta e simpla si foarte greu de realizat. Bun venit in lumea moderna. Tu cauti o perna cervicala, ceva inexistent in romania datorita coruptiei si a prostului management de stat…dar daca bagi bani aici…cu cont etc, intr-o luna max o sa ai perna. al doilea link vine in 10 zile:
https://www.amazon.com/Therapeutica-C103-Sleeping-Pillow-Average/dp/B015N45KDY
modelul este therapeutica cervical pillow, vezi ca e pe masuri, gaseste un site care le trimite in ROmania
Optiunea mai moale este:
https://saltele-ekon.ro/product/perna-memorylatex-rose-clasic/
https://www.coreproducts.com/pages/therapeutica-brand

I’m similarly built as you, 6’0 210lbs. I had afib happen for like 8 hours straight , thought I was having a heart attack and went to the ER after it wouldn’t stop for 20 minutes or so. I was admitted overnight and they put some IVs in me and eventually it stopped.
I’d definitely say go see a cardiologist, let them do some tests in office and monitor you. It could be related to sleep apnea or not, better to have someone look at all the factors.
Ultimately the prescription for me was a daily baby aspirin (84mg), diet and exercise. He also gave me some emergency meds to have on hand if I have another incident. I did stop drinking alcohol regularly and trying as always to eat healthier. I know I need to cut back on energy drinks as well. Fingers crossed but two years without a recurrence. He also recommended I get the KardiaMobile device so I can monitor at home if I’m questioning whether I’m having an afib event.
I had UPPP surgery nearly 20 years ago and it did help and I didn’t feel like I needed my CPAP for a long time. Recovery was terrible though, maybe a couple painful weeks with soft foods only. One thing they warned me about back then was over time your soft palate could reshape itself and I’d find myself back in the same situation I started with. Well this past year or 2 my wife has been increasingly complaining about my snoring and my daytime brain fog started to return, so I’m back on my 20 year old CPAP now.
Couple other things I have found to work for me are a therapeutic pillow which I find keeps me sleeping on my side more comfortably and longer through the night:

And an adjustable mouthguard as a cheap alternative to the thousand dollar dental appliances. I haven’t tried using this in combination with CPAP, seems like it might be a bit too much going on at once. If I had to travel, I’d probably still rely on just having the mouthguard with me for now.

Off topic, but consider checking out a Therapeutica pillow. I have one and it has greatly improved my ability to be a back sleeper, as well as reducing neck soreness.
