What is your goal, and why double overhead press? I ask because single kettlebell press is easier on the upper back, it is probably easier to hit your one rep maxes that way. Double press or clean and press is an awesome full body exercise, but I think single press or weighted dips may be a smoother path for building arm strength.

I think I have the Shock and Awe program on my kindle, it is worth checking out if you have kindle unlimited, I think it is similar to Mahler’s program. I can tell you more about it later if you’re interested, I’m not currently doing it because I don’t have doubles in the right weight, but I’ve run the Kettlebell Domination program by the same author with great results.

I think it’s fine and I wouldn’t be worried about not hitting every single body part from every single plane.

As Dan John said, if you only did Clean and Presses, you could be awesome. And you are doing more than just the C&P.

You don’t have to have a horizontal press, and a pull, and a this or that. My concern is that if you try to add the kitchen sink, pretty soon you are relegated to using a lighter bell, and now your workout looks like some KB “flow” done by a yoga teacher on Youtube with a 12lb bell.

Front squats will hit your core pretty good. I like TGUs, so you could add them as a warmup before the complex or as a mobility drill after the complexes.

You could follow up with 3 sets of 5 pullups (weighted if possible) if you are worried about pull ups.

Honestly, I’d follow an established routine written. Shock and Awe Protocol https://www.amazon.com/Shock-Awe-Protocol-Kettlebell-Training-ebook/dp/B00FP1YFEQ is a 4 week program of complexes. It’s mostly swings, cleans and presses (though there are a few snatches in there, and some push presses. He also has a single day of jerks but says you can do clean and presses instead.)

But his rep scheme and rest periods will be better designed that what you can come up with, imho.
