Do you have a gym at work? I’ve found using the gym at work after days and before afters and nights has really helped me to get into a good routine. Using the work gym rather than a private gym just removes the barrier of having to physically “go to” the gym and daft as it sounds that makes all the difference.

I usually do an arm day, a chest/back day, a shoulders/core day and a leg day.
