The best way to address questions about GSLP is to read the book. It has lots of templates for extra assistance work, including triceps; the version linked in the wiki is just one example of a GSLP template.

Better to see some of phrakture’s comments too than just the program.

My absolute favorite parts are the frequency method and the AMRAP sets for compound lifts. You could stand to add more exercises if you wish, but do the program as phrakture listed to start.

I would really recommend reading the book though, Johnny has some great advice to give.
