All you need. Pushup tests arent about strength. Would being able to do a better straddle planche help? I dont think that the gained capacity would be worth the time, compared with just doing a better pushup program, or something else more relevant.

Get this book. I know it’s aimed at people going to BUD/S but it has great workouts that will help with everything you mentioned.

get this It will up your numbers in other bodyweight things as well.

as for the planks, this is what I did.
weighted planks- have a partner put a 45lbs plate on your back while your doing a plank. hold till failure. rest 2 min. do it again with a 25. rest 2 min. then go with no weight.
have a day where you do 4 sets of 45 sec. eventually as they get easier add a set or time to a set or decrease rest time in-between. for these the point is to get your rest time down while with the other the rest time stays the same but your time under tension changes(increases)
try each of those every week

This book is pretty good for non-gym workouts… it’s basically a picture book of every kind of calisthenics workout imaginable (and yes, you can ignore the military theme of it just fine.)

How long until you ship out? Dropping weight may be the best bet for you.
