I’ve been reading a book lately called, “The Born Again Runner: A Guide to Overcoming Excuses, Injuries, and Other Obstacles―for New and Returning Runners ” by Pete Magill, which you might like. It goes a lot into how to get started at the right pace, how to diagnose your injuries, and what kinds of exercises to do to avoid or overcome injuries. It has been an easy read.
