I can only use small particle physical exfoliants, but I know that a lot of people can’t even use those. I often see those people trying to say “all physical exfoliants are bad” or something to that effect. Just because it destroys their skin doesn’t mean it’ll destroy mine.

Like this facewash that I picked up from amazon. It has menthol in it and it looked like I had chemical burns after using it, but a lot of people don’t have a reaction to menthol even though it’s supposedly irritating on all skin types. It just feels mildly cooling to them.

Sorry for the delay, it’s this one:

A few more questions – is something labeled as a facial wash the same thing as a cleanser? For reference, I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Body-Shop-Tree-Clearing-Facial/dp/B002K8W58K/ref=pd_bxgy_194_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B002K8W58K&pd_rd_r=6DD51VRF1XWWTHSSR5AV&pd_rd_w=j1PmK&pd_rd_wg=56bzD&psc=1&refRID=6DD51VRF1XWWTHSSR5AV

with the mattifying lotion also by The Body shop as moisturizer. Also, how important is incorporating sunscreen into your routine?

I do but I live in Australia and use this. I’m going to assume you probably live in the States but I found this which could probably work for you just as well.
