My bad, I just assumed since it’s small it’s for food. Had to look it up.

I don’t know of specific exercises for your back, but a foam yoga mat may help the owies. I found one at Marshalls on sale for ~$10.

I know you said you don’t like Amazon, but here’s the link to the scale I have – US Amazon. I believe I’ve seen that brand at either Target or Meijer…

I don’t have kik, but OMG, I know the feels of going to a race with people – tailgating and beers galore… I opt for boca burgers or Hebrew National hot dogs without the bun (or a lettuce wrap if I’m feeling fancy). If you’re drinking, take along some flavored vodka and seltzer water or diet soda =)

3/4 sleeves or long-sleeved shirts with the arms rolled up are your friends! Button-down shirts with the arms rolled up past your elbows can give the illusion of bulk on your upper arms. (Bonus: pair with shorts and it’s cute AF.)

Don’t throw away those chia seeds! I use them in yogurt – I buy really thick Greek yogurt, thin it out with water, then add a little bit of chia to the mix to thicken it back up and add fiber. I’d rather have the cals, carbs, and fiber from the chia – plus you can make the yogurt last longer =)

Hope all of this helps!!

(Not sure where you’re located. Lol) This tiny little bugger has lasted about 4 years so far and I use it daily. =)

As far as not triggering, I like your “dinner with them” plan. Maybe just sit them down and say you’d like to be mindful about their previous ED, and ask what their potential triggers could be, besides the scale (certain foods they like to avoid, b/c of potential binges, foods they associate with their ED, etc). Also, it might help to get a feel for (if you don’t already know) what type of issues they had. Not only would the people scale be a trigger, but possibly a food scale as well…
