I found this T-Fal Signature Non-Stick Set off Amazon that claims to be titanium, but fully coated in whatever “Non-Stick” is. But it seems from the responses here it’s probably not titanium, or at least not very durable/long lasting/good.

Stovetop, electric. And this is a different set but looks exactly like it and it’s dishwasher safe supposedly. https://www.amazon.com/T-fal-Signature-Thermo-Spot-Indicator-Dishwasher/dp/B001167VIQ/ref=pd_cp_79_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B001167VIQ&pd_rd_r=19f664be-59e9-11e8-8cec-ffa842b30098&pd_rd_w=mVP3E&pd_rd_wg=Ox0Gf&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp…

I don’t know if you have it, but initially outfitting a kitchen can be expensive.
When you’re buying cleaning products, dish soap, condiments, etc., hit up the dollar store. The stuff there isn’t any worse than most name or store brand stuff, and is fine to get you started.
If there is an ikea in your area, that’s a great place to get basic tableware for cheap, and cutting boards as well (get at least 2 of those). A set of pots and pans like this is awesome for cooking basics. Get an inexpensive cookie sheet set from somewhere like walmart to bake/roast stuff.
Don’t waste your money on a knife set, but hit up marshalls/homegoods to find a nice chef’s knife, sankuto, and paring knife. Mercer (available on amazon) are some of the best at a low price point that you can get online.
Get measuring cups and spoons, this is a great inexpensive set
One of the biggest thing about budgeting that many people run into is they eat out way too much. At a basic level, outfitting your kitchen up front is an investment in lowering your long term recurring costs – if you have the gear to cook with and make tasty food, you at least have the capability to do it, thereby lowering your potential food expenses.
