What’s the recommendation for a solid, no frills treadmill for a decent price?
Use case will be for spouse and me. Spouse will use it for primary training during winter months. Building back from couch to 5k right now. For me, it’s a secondary training tool and I am running 10-15 mpw, building to 20-30mpw. Probably not going much faster than 8mph
