All I can think of is something with rubber keycaps, but given your sensitivity maybe that’d be worse. That’s my suggestion anyway.
I found these foldable rubber keyboards which I guess at the very least is a cheap option if you want to give it a try.
You might also be able to get a mechanical keyboard and replace a few of the keys with a keycap kit like this one.
Unfortunately I’m not a keyboard enthusiast so I really don’t know the ins and outs. I believe I heard once that Cherry MX Brown switches have a gritty surface texture but can’t speak about the validity of that myself.
At any rate hopefully I’ve helped point you in the right direction on where to look. Check out a more enthusiast sub such as https://www.reddit.com/r/mechanicalKeyboards and see if anyone there can tell you exactly what switches / keycaps would work best.
