You want some sort of a KVM switch. Here’s an example from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Port-Monitor-Switch-Audio/dp/B06XDRT9NX/ref=br_lf_m_peuheoz7989e3dw_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&s=electronics&th=1
You’ll probably have to do a little bit of research to find the one that suits all your needs.

You’re looking for a dual monitor KVM, like this: StarTech.com 2-Port DisplayPort KVM Switch – Dual-Monitor – 4K 60 – with Audio & USB Peripheral Support – DP 1.2 – USB Hub (SV231DPDDUA2) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XDRT9NX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_oQFkFbQM569RB

You technically just need to find a Display Port 1.2 (or greater) KVM. You can then use an adapter to go from Display Port to HDMI (as that monitor is only 60 Hz).
Here are some example KVMs:

https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-SV231DPDDUA2-DisplayPort-Dual-Display-Microphone/dp/B06XDRT9NX
Startech makes pretty good stuff and from what I have seen the Level1Tech KVMs are some of the best on the market.
You could dig deeper into this but it is probably just easier to pick up some 10 dollar adapter than one that supports both DisplayPort and HDMI.

I have this one from work: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XDRT9NX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_GWSCFR2TVR5BJG8EG46X
It’s been stupid expensive since COVID though. You can also opt for a HDMI KVM to skip the DP to HDMI converter

I’ve been using this KVM and have been very happy. Went back and forth between several, been meaning to do a write up. I’m able to use gsync with this guy at 1440p144Hz. My work laptop comes with a docking station as well fortunately. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDRT9NX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I switch my monitors with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDRT9NX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like independently controlling audio, so I also use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q1W4484/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
