aaaaaah great! since i can control my fluoride intake alot more easily than my stress it’s logical to cut it out! also one last thing, do you have any tips on how to cut out certain products? (like if i drop everything it’s hard to know what caused it) i have a very simple skincare regimen, i use spectro gel for sensitive skin as a cleanser, complex 15 cream for moisturizer and bioderma micellar water for sensitive skin as a make up remover! also, is fragrance a trigger? thank you so much again! you’re an angel❤️biodermacomplex 15spectro gel

Hi all, I don’t go outside for longer than 10 minutes at a time very often and I’ve had bad luck with SPF moisturizers so SPF coverage isn’t a huge part of my routine right now. With that being said, I messed up majorly over the weekend by going without sunscreen while outside for a few hours and I came out of it with a horrible sunburn. The redness is mostly gone, but my face looks worse for the wear (still some color, more pronounced pores/fine lines, peeling skin, rough texture).

What suggestions do you have for recovery and / or SPF solutions that won’t irritate skin? I’m new to all of this, so any general feedback beyond that is very welcome and appreciated.

Here is info about the routine I’ve been using for the past few months –

Skin type: dry

AM: Spectro Jel cleanser, Pond’s Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle cream, Pond’s Dry Skin Cream

PM: Burt’s Bees Cleansing Oil, Spectro Jel cleanser, Pond’s Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle cream, Pond’s Dry Skin Cream, Vaseline under eyes or on dry spots overnight

Occasional use: TONYMOLY Vitamin C Masks, TONYMOLY Collagen Masks, The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% – under eyes

Edit: I forgot to include that I’ve also been using Trader Joe’s brand Aloe Vera since I got the sunburn.
