Well I guess it really depends on how you want to use them or what you’ll do the majority of the time. I prefer comfortable wireless earbuds when I’m on the go, being active, or want background noise, but if I want to sit and enjoy music, I’ll listen with wired over-the ear headphones, because bluetooth still does degrade the quality of Hi-Fi music to the point where you cant even tell if its Hi-Fi anymore

So to answer your question: if you have high quality music, then you should listen with wired. Streaming apps like TIDAL have beautifully high quality, but with spotify, you wont notice a difference between wired and wireless. I suppose the wired equivalent of the sony wireless buds you have listed would be the Sony wh-1000xm3:
