I don’t know about your area, but I am happy with my Sony WHCHN700 noise canceling headphones. If you’re able to find them in Amazon Refurbished they’re only $73 on Amazon (at least in the United States). I recently got a pair of Sony WHCH710N/L Headphones, and I wear them almost all day every day. They’re quite comfortable; the only caveat for me is that I wish they would go a little tighter on my head because the band is slightly too large, but they’re not falling off or anything. And the sound is pretty nice. I’m not an audiophile, but for my purposes they’re pretty nice. I’ve read that other models do better, but those are things like the Bose that specialize in noise canceling. For me, these are great.
