I have a pair of Sony MDR-V700 headphones.
I think these rate high on all 4 of your categories.
Comfort – I regularly wear these for 1-6 hours for PC games. Sometimes the top of your head will get slight fatigue and that’s when I know I need to stand up and move around. I easily fall asleep with these on riding an airplane.
Build Quality – Sturdy, no nonsense. Only blemish is the vinyl ear cup has started to slightly flake away at 4 years old.
Sound Quality – Great. They’re closed back so not much sound bleed, but you’ll have a hard time hearing someone knocking at your door, for example.
Portability – The ear cups fold up under the headband. I’m comfortable stuffing them in a bag after collapsing them.
These are a pretty old model so perhaps you can use it as a comparing point when looking at newer model headphones. I got them for $110.00 4 years ago.
Specs: 50mm drivers, 24 ohms impedance, 107dB/mW sensitivity, 5 – 30kHz frequency response

These (Sony MDR-V700) have been with me for over 10 years and have only just started falling apart in the last year. Sad to see them go, even though they are a bit clunky and look a bit tacky.
I probably will replace them with the HD25s eventually, but I just use my IEMs atm and am fine with that.
