I actually paid quite a bit for mine a few years (imported from Japan). Still about the same price today:

HDMI into this then out to my a/v receiver (for when I want to use actual speakers), then out from there to my TV (video). If you are just looking for headphones to use on a pc, I would look into processing Dolby atmos. I think you can get the software for windows 10 and just use any old headphones, but there may be licensing fees to use the software.
