Turtle beach is a bit of a scam, they’re nothing special. Just seriously overpriced, I would avoid them. Any headset will do what they do, seriously, despite all the praise they give themselves.
I got my dad for Christmas some Sony headphones that he uses with the TV if he watches it late at night. (football game on tv = people not getting sleep). I also sometimes use them with my xbox and they work great. When I don’t use that headset I just use the speaker set I have and that’s the same, you can always tell where people are coming from just as well as someone with turtle beach. (I know someone who has turtle beach, they really don’t seem to do much).
