What is the opinion of Reddit about the
SLEEP TITE Hypoallergenic 100% Waterproof Mattress Protector – 15-Year U.S. Warranty – Vinyl Free – Queen?

Protect-A-Bed and Malouf are the two brands I deal in, SureFit as well though I think they are having serious manufacturing issues.

I like the brands we have at Mattress Firm but by all means compare with some online just be sure it has that kind of backing and not a plastic-based waterproofing. Even if they don’t mention gortex specifically, look for something waterproof and hypoallergenic that is still breathable in their descriptors.

I’ve had a this one for 6 years. No problems. Doesn’t feel like plastic. Hasn’t been “tested” but has kept the mattress looking new.
