40$ is a bit pushy, but at just 3$ more than what you’re asking, this will get the job done, great pair of headphones.
For microphones – be careful. A lot of them are just incredibly overpriced, have unnecessary features, ect. For desk microphones, they’ll all be roughly the same, so go with a cheap one with good reviews. Hope this helped!
