Amazon has a great set for relatively cheap! I love them—they’ve gotten softer with age and have never torn, despite my husband being really tough on sheets. They have a lot of different colors.

I’m not sure where you are from but Target has a lot of cute and fairly affordable bedding. They have a new recent line called Casaluna that I think fits your needs.
I’m a huge fan of 100% flax linen. It’s a bit pricey but they get softer with time and I love that imperfect, lived in feel. I have this set from Amazon in both white and linen and they have held up to lots of washing. I used a color safe bleach detergent to keep them looking nice.
Brooklinen is on the pricier side as well but they will replace your sheets free of charge within a year or two after purchase if they rip.
