Are you guys meticulously clean with your stainless? I struggle with SS. I just bought new stuff and I scour it and use barkeepers friend and I still struggle to get stuff off. I’ve scrubbed the small pot to death and I still can’t get off something that burned. It already looks like crap after three months!
You can easily have your own gear for under $100 (not with the air fryer tho). I bought a 2 piece pot and pan and pan with detachable handle for $40 and it fits neatly in my travel tote. I also have a sponge in a travel soap holder, parchment paper, toaster bags, spatula and spoon, tongs, potholder and dishtowel, dishes, a baking sheet, cups, etc.
You could keep something like that in your room. For the air fryer, I think you could buy a new one and ask your roommates to buy your old one from your for half the cost of the new one.

I did not, but I did find this!
It’s basically a pair of pans with a detachable handle, and one looks deep enough to cook ramen.
It’s been sitting on my wishlist for a while, but I never got around to buying it. 😂
