I use a massage pad similar to this. I put a folded up blanket on it for when the massage is too intense for comfort. I also use this S shaped massager to hit knots in my shoulders and neck. If you want to try lymph massage, use a natural bristle brush. These tools mostly help with neck, shoulders, and back.
