There is an option for usb over Ethernet but it’s 2.0 SGEYR Metal USB Ethernet Extender Over Cat5e/6,USB Extender 50M,No Drivers Connected 4 USB 2.0 Ports Over Cat5e/6, Play and Plug,Extender USB 2.0 Hub,Supports All Operating System,PC and Web Cameras https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087BJGWMH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DX2VCBNMYCT17JYY7JHH
Your going to run into the same issue in any respect with regards to usb 2.0 or usb 3.0 speeds. The throughput over the cables isn’t enough to support the higher speeds. The one you show does multimode and the reason they start to get expensive is due to the optics that’s needed to do the transport.
What peripherals do you need to connect?
If it’s file sharing and such it might be better to do a mini pc and call it a day.
