Dang… That’s what I was hoping wasn’t the issue. Do you think it’d be worth it to get screw in stabs instead? Do you think these are good? Or should I just go with the normal plate mounted ones?

need some help with the stabs on my first build, a tofu60 with brass plate.
i got these screw in stabs off amazon which are supposedly manufactured by GMK:

however when clipped, lubed and installed, the spacebar is still pretty bad. i lubed these stabs the same way i lubed the stock stabs on my Drop Alt and the ones on the Drop Alt feel and sound way better than the one on my Tofu. this is mainly limited to the spacebar, the other keys sound find. the spacebar on these new stabs just feel loose, rattly and the sound when the spacebar bounces back up is really high pitched.
anyone have any tips on how to fix this? did i just get the wrong stabs?
