These headphones have worked wonders for me, if I can recommend a set. Benadryl and Xanax are also options (or edibles, if you’re flying out of a state with legal weed – I usually eat one right before I go through security so it basically hits on takeoff and I can just zone out).

Outside of the main essentials such as wallet, keys, etc:
- Gum (helps a lot with ears popping while on flights and keeps your breath fresh while abroad)
Headphones with noise cancellation technology (I prefer over-ear and cannot recommend the Sennheiser HD 4.50 Wireless SE enough)
A tablet of sorts for keeping you entertained during downtime and travel

Somewhat of a humble brag that is unrelated, but I just got the Sennheiser HD 4.50 SE for a steal at $80 a week ago.
They’re already back at $200 as of now on Amazon.

Not the best deal I’ve seen. Amazon also has these for 80 bucks. I wouldn’t suggest them, though. From what I’ve heard, comfort is a big concern on these.

Bose makes great noise cancelling. Avoid wireless/ bluetooth. best middle ground is Sennheiser .
