What is the opinion of Reddit about the

they’re not white, but they’ve got everything else you’re looking for and will sound much much better than those samsungs.

Well around that budget, you have the MEE Matrix 2 and Ausdom 05. I probably want something bassier for movies and TV though so the current Amazon Warehouse deal for the
Scosche RH1060 at $50 are very good.

Here is Innerfedility’s review of the Schosche headphone. Tyll is one of the most respected headphone reviewers in the community period. He has a review of the MEE Matrix 2 as well.

Have a look into the Sennheiser HD4.40. Never heard it myself as it’s a very new release but perhaps one of your few options for your budget since MEE Matrix 2/3 don’t seem particularly bassy.

Scosche RH1060 was recommended by Innerfidelity(highly respected industry reviewer) for a bassier choice. Here’s his review.

The Sennheiser HD598C don’t have a lot of isolation for a closed headphone so might not be what you want. If you can find a cheap Sony MDR1A, you’d probably love it.

The SCOSCHE REALM Bluetooth might be something that interested you. I haven’t tried it for myself but Tyll of Innerfidelity (highly respected headphone reviewer) had good things to say about them and seem to fit you better than the MEE Matrix 2/3 (which I did review on Reddit and love the design of).
