> 350p, 300-350c and 80-100f. now that I think about it in the realm of nutrition in BB I am a beginner.

No worries we’ve all got to start somewhere. Your food bill must be expensive with that much protein 😢.

It’s written by the goat Brad Schoenfeld. The book cites a TON of studies on hypertrophy and then ties in nutrition. He helped write papers that shows excessive amounts of protein over a certain level (cough cough) wasn’t necessarily any more beneficial than say X.

Current recommendations based on available evidence

The optimum daily protein intake for weight stable Athletes exceeds the protein RDA (0.8–1.0 g/kg BM/day) set for the general adult population.

The optimum daily protein intake for Athletes who have a goal of weight maintenance or weight gain ranges from 1.3 to 1.7 g/kg BM/day. (Editor’s note: that’s 0.59 to 0.77 grams per pound of bodyweight.)

The optimum per meal/serving of protein for Athletes who have a goal of weight maintenance or weight gain ranges from 0.3 to 0.4 g/kg BM/meal.
Very high protein intakes of >2.5 g/kg BM/day offer no adaptive advantage.

The optimum daily protein intake for Athletes who are undertaking high-quality weight loss exceeds 1.6 g/kg BM/day and may be as high as 2.4 g/kg BM/day.

Athletes who consume a high-protein diet (e.g., 2.4 g/kg BM/day) during weight loss are not at increased risk of kidney problems or poor bone health.

So 245 on .77 would be 190 grams of protein … I’d stick the rest of the macros on carbs with maybe 20% more going to fat …

One could make a strong argument that because we are enhanced your body could technically use “more protein” beyond 1g per lb would be labeled excessive in my book.

Lemme know if this checks your box.
