I would suggest a long sleeve spf shirt like you would wear at the beach. I have a white one and it feels light and not heavy. I just looked on Amazon and there are a bunch. The secret to sunscreen is reapplying, you need to bring it with you and reapply. SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor, meaning how many times longer can you stay in the sun than you could if you weren’t using it. So, let’s say you start to burn in 5-10 min, theoretically, SPF 30 let’s you stay out for 4-5 hours. I would apply before you leave the house and reapply every 2 hours. I use Scalisi Moisturize with SPF 30 it works great, not thick and heavy, no white cast.

Have you tried Scalisi Skincare SPF30 ? , it doesn’t use mineral sunscreens, doesn’t leave a white cast, leaves a dewey finish and is made for sensitive skin so it won’t burn. If it does go on white it means your skin is dry so you should use a serum or richer moisturizer first as a booster.
